- We are not responsible for any downgrading of the aircraft by the airline you are travelling and also for any downgrading from higher class to any lower class seats in the aircraft during any leg of journey.
- We are not responsible if the airline is not able to serve the desired meal on the flight and also for any damage/ loss of baggage due to mishandling by the airline.
- We are not responsible for any flight cancellation/delay due to any unforeseen reasons however Holidays 2 Cherish will follow up the concerned airlines to work out the best possible solution according to the circumstances.If any extra cost demanded by airlines is to be borne directly by the traveller.
- Before booking the Air tickets or Holiday Package please ensure passports should be valid for at least 06 months from Date of Return Journey.Holidays 2 Cherish will not be held liable if boarding is denied due to passports Validity issue or If passport is damaged/Torn/ Handwritten.
- For all complaints, suits, claims or disputes of whatsoever nature relating to any products including Tours by Holidays 2 Cherish and third party products and tours, the courts and tribunals in Delhi, India alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
1) At the time of booking you need to deposit INR 10000/- as Advance (full flight payment required to book the flight with us) for processing your booking.Once the booking is confirmed and we will share Hotel confirmation number with you and In case you want to cross check your booking with Hotel please feel free to do the needful.Balance payment can be paid in 3-4 installments depending upon the departure dates.Once all the payments are completed then confirmed Hotel vouchers will be released to you.
2) In case of any delay in payment due to Justified Reasons please inform us to update the new date in the system and you can pay accordingly.
3) Please note the payments need to be transferred as per given schedule and must end 25 days before the Departure date.
CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
- From Date of booking cancellation of INR 5500 per person applicable till 30 days before travel date
- From 21 to 30 days - the cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost.
- Less than 21 days - Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
- No show - Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
- In case of Non Refundable booking same shall be advised at the time of processing booking.
- If Due to RTPCR( Covid report) being positive cancellation charges of Airlines will apply as per their policy and we will share Covid report with Resort enabling us to reschedule your travel in future dates.Time frame given by resort will be shared to you once we recevied get update from resort reservations.
- Please note the amount paid will not be refunded and will be given to you in the form of Credit Shell / Credit Note which you can utilize for future Booking.
Cancellation Policy is subject to change. It purely depends upon the cancellation policy of Respective Hotels & Airlines.

- Please note as per Immigration Tourists must carry USD 100 per person per day.
- Arrival Flights in Maldives - Please note for Resorts/Properties In Maldives operated by Seaplane one must arrive before 2:50 PM in Male Airport in order to ensure seaplane transfers to booked resorts.
- Departure Flights from Maldives- Seaplanes operate during daylight hours only and In case of departure Flight Should be booked after 10 AM on day of departure.
- In case of Bad weather / Technical Issues with Trans Maldivain Airlines ( Seaplane Operator) In Maldives if seaplane is not operated Holidays 2 Cherish / Resort cannot be held responsible for same and Client has to make his/her own arrangements in Male city at their own cost However Holidays 2 Cherish will be available 24X7 for any guidance or support.
- Speedboat Transfers are combined transfers until unless all guests of the booked resort dont arrive you might have to wait for sometime.
- Hotels / Resorts In Maldives reserve the right to swap the bookings - That is Room categories ( Beach villas or Water Villas) as per their occupancy or requirements.
- All Sightseeing/Tours/Transfer are on Sharing basis until unless paid for private
- No Refunds for Tours and services booked but not availed during the trip
- Visa issuance is subject to approval from respective embassies of countries. Holidays 2 Cherish doesnt gaurantee issuance of VISA and Fees/ Service charge paid towards same is non refunadble
