Booking Process:

1) At the time of booking you need to deposit INR 20000/- as token amount towards land part (In case Flights booked with us full flight payment will be required to issue the air tickets). Once the booking is confirmed and we will reconfirm the same and share payment schedule for balance amount. Balance payment can be paid in 3-4 installments depending upon the departure dates. Once all the payments are completed then confirmed Hotel vouchers will be released to you.

2) In case of any delay in payment due to Justified Reasons please inform us to update the new date in the system and you can pay accordingly.

3) Please note the payments need to be transferred as per given schedule and must end 25 days before the Departure date.


Payment Terms:

1) Once Holidays Package / Flights are finalized and stand confirm kindly transfer the amount in any of the below accounts.

2) Airfare is calculated at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.

3) 100% payment is to be made for domestic packages before 15-20 days of departure date.

In case of cancellation or refund standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the policies of Hotels / Local Suppliers / Airlines.

TCS (Tax Collected at Source)

Applicable on International Bookings only - As per new Government Norms effective 01 OCT 2020 - TCS is applicable 5% on land package amount excluding airfare. TCS cost is not included in Package and is payable extra. Same amount will be deposited in your Pan Card, which you can claim at the time of filing your Income Tax Return.

For Example your TCS (Tax Collected at Source) given to us is INR 5000.We will deposit the same amount in your Pan Card and while filing your ITR you have to pay Income Tax of INR 10000/-. But you will pay only INR 5000 (As we have already deposited INR 5000 in advance which you paid us)

Visa fees & charges are extra if not included.

Standard check in times is 1400/1500 hrs & check out time is 1200 hrs - may vary from one country to another.

Any amount paid towards Activities / Services not Utilized during Tour are totally non refundable and under no circumstances will be refunded.

We are not responsible for any visa rejection and Visa fees and service charge is not refundable.

We are not responsible for any downgrading of the aircraft by the airline you are travelling and also for any downgrading from higher class to any lower class seats in the aircraft during any leg of journey.

We are not responsible if the airline is not able to serve the desired meal on the flight and also for any damage/ loss of baggage due to mishandling by the airline.

We are not responsible for any flight cancellation/delay due to any unforeseen reasons however Holidays 2 Cherish will follow up the concerned airlines to work out the best possible solution according to the circumstances. If any extra cost demanded by airlines is to be borne directly by the traveller.

Before booking the Air tickets or Holiday Package please ensure passports should be valid for at least 06 months from Date of Return Journey. Holidays 2 Cherish will not be held liable if boarding is denied due to passports Validity issue or If passport is damaged/Torn/ Handwritten.

For all complaints, suits, claims or disputes of whatsoever nature relating to any products including Tours by Holidays 2 Cherish and third party products and tours, the courts and tribunals in Delhi, India alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction. 

All Sightseeing/Tours/Transfer are on sharing basis until unless paid for private.

Visa issuance is subject to approval from respective embassies of countries. Holidays 2 Cherish doesn’t guarantee issuance of VISA and Fees/ Service charge paid towards same is non refundable. 

Room configuration is subject to availability at the time of check-in  (Twin or Double Room is at the sole discretion of Hotels) Holidays 2 Cherish is not responsible for it. We can send request only on your behalf.

Local companies organize all the sightseeing tours and excursions. The timings and days of operation are subject to alteration. Changes if any will be intimated at the time of booking or on the ground.

Please understand the term - SIC - Seat in coach (Sharing basis), PVT – Private Vehicle 

In case of countries with E-Visas, Once the E-visa is received, please cross check the details with the passport and let us know in case if there is any discrepancy found within 24 hours, failure to do so Holidays2cherish will not be held liable for the same.
